The principal Officers at Flagship have managed the development of over 10,000 residential lots and related commercial development, golf courses, and other community amenities, built and managed over 2,000,000 square feet of self-storage facilities to date, and operate 11 studio salon locations with over 60,000 square feet and 300+ studios. The management team collectively has over 100 years of direct real estate development, const The principals of FCG have managed the development of over 20,000 residential lots and related commercial development, marinas, vacation ownership resorts, hotels, and self storage facilities. Additionally, the principals of FCG have led the acquisition, operation, and management of restaurants, apartments, office buildings, and industrial facilities. The management team collectively has over 200 years of direct real estate development, construction, and operations experience. The executive team includes seasoned finance, capital acquisition, accounting, construction, marketing, and operations professionals. Founded over a decade ago, FCG began as a developer of single-family lots for national builders. In 2009, FCG made a strategic decision to diversify into income-producing properties, with a focus on niche sectors that were recession resistant with consistent cash flow. The operating expertise, systems, and infrastructure we have developed to effectively and profitably manage income businesses are transferrable to other operationally intense businesses.
