About FLAIR

FLAIR helps schools to build inclusive classrooms and culturally aware citizens. Our technology platform provides EDI-focused CPD for staff, and an EDI curriculum for students. We support over 200 schools & trusts. We launched in 2020, following the murder of George Floyd. At this time, schools needed a way to properly understand the lived experience of students and staff in relation to race and racism. In response, we built a racial equity survey for students and staff, along with an interactive dashboard for monitoring year-on-year progress. Over time, the biggest needs of our clients have evolved, and FLAIR's offering has adapted to meet these needs. We now focus on providing schools with best-in-class education on all areas of EDI, for both students and staff. Within our team, we have a unique blend of skills - education expertise, EDI expertise and technology expertise. By combining these skills, we believe that we're the right team to support schools in building inclusive classrooms and culturally aware citizens.
