Our Story: In 2019, cousins Harley Cawkill and George Crowe went to Grant Cardone’s 10x Growth Conference in Miami together. After watching presentations from industry experts like Ryan Deiss and Tai Lopez, Harley found his spark for digital marketing as a way to blend his love for technology and psychology together. He went on to study under industry titans like Tai Lopez and Jeremy Haynes, and left university to chase his new dream in advertising as a freelancer. Many long weeks and sleepless nights ensued, as he learned first-hand how hard it is to earn your stripes as a marketer. Fuelled by passion and with true Kiwi persistence, he continued pushing forward. Two years on, he launched the marketing agency Torch, and earned his first exposure to the hospitality and tourism industries. It was here that he eventually was hired as First Table’s Digital Growth Lead, where he and their star-studded team launched their app to over 500,000 people, conducted a $3.5M capital raise, and grew their domestic and international markets to record highs. Having learned a proven methodology for understanding and acquiring customers, Harley teamed up with George to start Flame Growth, on a mission together to help Hospo and Tourism founders win the attention they deserve and bring more great experiences to people around the world.
