Flamemaster, a Socomore company, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of aerospace sealants, adhesives, and specialty coatings. Founded in 1942, we have more than 80 years of experience supporting aircraft OEMs, MROs, defense contractors, and industrial partners. Our products are trusted by major players including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Cessna, Bombardier, the U.S. Department of Defense… We manufacture in our 54,000+ ft facility in Pacoima, California and hold ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and Nadcap (Sealants) certifications. Our portfolio covers fuel tank, fuselage, windshield, access door, firewall, optical, and specialty sealants, along with adhesion promoters like CS 900. New developments include: – CS 135-B: midweight fuel tank sealant, qualified to AMS-S-8802 / AMS-3276 – CS 143-B: non-chromate corrosion-inhibitive, AMS-3265, MIL-PRF-81733 in qualification. Sustainability drives our R&D. We develop REACH-compliant, VOC-reduced, chromate-free solutions, and our Pacoima site was among the first solar-powered facilities in the area.
