Fleet Assist provides network management services over 50 of the UK's leading leasing, contract hire and sal sac companies with a combined fleet size of over 1.3m vehicles and annual maintenance spend exceeding £200m. Fleet Assist is powered by the Atlas award-winning intelligent platform and database which houses £4bn of historical transactional data. Fleet Assist has become synonymous with market leading services, securing preferential rates, service levels and terms across multiple verticals. Network Supply Chain Management At the core of its proposition is its network of over 5,200 garages comprising Franchised, Fast fit and Independents through which preferential terms and conditions are in place and more recently 400 mobile technicians. Its “Atlas” system is utilised across the network delivering significant efficiencies to leasing companies and garages. The net result is improved purchasing terms for leasing companies, improved service level management and business intelligence that improves SMR spend management. Service Booking The in-house team books customer vehicles in for SMR jobs nationally on their behalf. Atlas caters for an infinite combination of customer and vehicle specific policies matched to suitable garages, booking the vehicle into the most appropriate garage based on cost, distance or work direction criteria for the work required. Technical Authorisation Fleet Assist’s experienced team help fleet customers control maintenance expense supported by a library of industry data that enables it to make the correct decisions in a timely fashion. Its new Lemon Penguin service combines the purchasing power of its extensive UK SMR garage network to give the independent garages within that network access to purchasing ability and commercial rates normally reserved for larger franchised businesses.
