We are a “hands-on” company that designs, fabricates, assembles and maintains custom-built trucks. Our commitment to you starts from day one. A dedicated member of our sales team will spend time with you analyzing your wants and needs in order to make certain that we provide the ideal truck for you. We work diligently to build trucks that not only get the job done, but are reliable, have unsurpassed craftsmanship, exceed your expectations and keep you ahead of your competition. We have two facilities that are centrally located within the United States. Both locations not only build custom vehicles but are also equipped with Service Shops and Parts Warehouses to help facilitate any maintenance or repair needs you may have. Our inside sales department works in tandem with our operations department in order to match the finest, most suitable components for compatibility and efficiency. Your order is then entered into our inventory system and a bill of materials is created. Once lead times on major components are established our production department schedules a build date. Our Customer Support Department coordinates with all the departments to ensure that a current status of your vehicle is maintained at all times and are also available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your vehicle. Your truck is assembled by a team of highly skilled craftsman. Upon completion of your vehicle our Quality Control personnel perform a multitude of tests and safety audits to ensure that every product we release is backed by our commitment to quality, reliability and safety. Once your vehicle leaves our facility our commitment to you doesn’t end. We offer on-going programs in training and operations to ensure that your employees know how to use today’s latest technology safely and efficiently.
