Fleet Observer is one of the UK industry leaders in commercial and domestic GPS tracking. Our locally based office in Melbourne We have been developing software for vehicle tracking, using the latest technology, since 1997. We provide two GPS tracking systems, aimed at different price points: • 'PlantObserver' is a simple low-cost system for plant and machinery, which is single-user, modular so that you can add reports, geo-fenced areas, immobiliser and tow-away alerts; • 'FleetObserver' is a fully comprehensive multi-user system, designed for cars, trucks or vans of any size of fleet. In addition to the features of PlantObserver, it includes vehicle maintenance, driver ID systems, reporting suites, user rights management and two-way messaging which can include satellite navigation. Our business model has resellers run as independent companies and not franchises. They provide the frontline sales and support for their customers and we provide the software services to connect the GPS devices in their vehicles to their computers or phones. Our resellers pay a monthly server fee for each device they connect to the system. Our software supports ‘white labelled’ operations and therefore we can design an interface in a resellers branding and logo. Resellers can choose to provide their own choice of hardware to your customers or use hardware we already support on our system. We will provide system access to allow our resellers to set up customer accounts, connect devices, allocate resources and decide your customer’s experience. Our applications run on iphones, Android and Windows/IOS systems. We can also develop bespoke software for potential customers, which can be combined with vehicle tracking or used as a standalone application
