The services we are able to provide include; Design & Autocad drawing service Prototype testing Independent quality control service Daily progress reports during production Quality Control We place great emphasis on quality control and we employ an independent inspection company for all our new shipping container production. The inspection process starts prior to production and involves meetings with the production team and final checks on materials. During production, quality checks are made throughout the process. These checks include but are not limited to: Shot blasting Priming Assembly Welding Quality Painting Final overall inspection of each container Reports are issued throughout the production process and are available upon request. The inspectors work in close cooperation with the factory management, paint suppliers and classification society representatives before finally issuing a certificate of acceptance. Flex-Box shipping containers meet the following international standards; CSC, TIR, TCT, UIC, ISO and are certified for design type and individually inspected by classification society CCS, BV, ABS, LR, or GL.
