Extrusion Our in-house extrusion department at Flex-O-Pack specializes in producing mono extruded films using various Polyethylene grades, catering to LDPE bags, bailer bags, FFS sheeting, and shrink films. Printing With state-of-the-art printing capabilities, our department boasts 8-color and 6-color CI Flexo presses. The 8-colour press operates at speeds up to 350m/min and can print on a wide range of substrates, including Polyethylene, BOPP, Polycoated Beach Craft paper, Alucomplex film, Polyester, and Cast Polyprop. Lamination At Flex-O-Pack, our high-output, solvent-free laminator excels in enhancing barrier properties for materials such as BOPP (metalized, clear, and pearlised), Polyesters, and Polyethylenes. Slitting We maintain a fleet of 4 Titan slitting machines, each equipped with automatic tracking devices to ensure precise specifications that perfectly match your form, fill, and seal equipment requirements. Conversion In our bagging department, you’ll find a diverse range of products, including Side Seal, Bottom Seal, wicketed, and gusseted baler bags, all expertly crafted to meet your packaging needs.
