Established in 2019, The Flexiwell Group is working to improve people's lives through better assessment of their injury, illness or disability. Flexiwell facilitates pre-employment and fitness for duty assessments, return to work planning, leadership coaching, training and development, NDIS Assessments and advisory services in the management of individuals suffering from work and non-work related injury, illness or disability. We work to define the impact of an injury or a disability on individuals and workplaces. We help to design the best solutions to manage the impacts, so people can function at their maximum capacity. HR - We help employers and human resource professionals to find clarity in managing employees who are impacted by injury or illness. We provide comprehensive support through: - Pre-employment and Fitness for Duty assessments (encompassing all aspects of fitness) - Return to Work programs - Leadership Coaching - Training and Development, and - Advisory Services for managing employees affected by work-related and non-work-related injuries or illnesses. Disability (NDIS): As experts in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) we help to truly understand how to ensure any person in receipt of NDIS funding has the best life of their choosing. Medico-Legal: From employment law to personal injury claims, Flexiwell Group has tailored services that will benefit you and your client. In 2021 The Flexiwell Group further evolved to offer comprehensive Allied Health Assessment services within the NDIS. Flexiwell made a commitment to bridge the gap in the industry with access to comprehensive and timely evaluations available in all areas of Australia, regardless of its remoteness. The Flexiwell Group connects subject matter experts in occupational health, workers compensation, human resources, industrial relations, employment law, leadership, business and medico-legal.
