Our ur journey began in the mid-1990’s as a refreshing alternative to the somewhat ‘hands-off’ approach to physiotherapy that was widespread at that time. With a hands-on and truly client-centered approach at the forefront, ‘Flex Out Physiotherapy’, as it was originally known, introduced a refreshing brand of physiotherapy to its clients, and the wider community responded with resounding confirmation! Not surprisingly, it seemed longer consultation times where clients had time to share their story and the therapist had time to listen, resulted in a healthier, happier community. As the story goes, the rest is history! Ten multidisciplinary clinics, and three states later – it is these core values which continue to drive the success of Flex Out Physiotherapy and its recent evolution to Flexout Health. Today Flexout Health is fortunate to have the most amazing and passionate team of more than 70 staff. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists and exercise physiologists. While we acknowledge our individual roles, we understand that it’s in our unity that we are all better. Affectionately known as the #flexoutfamily, our team are truly committed to the culture and values that make Flexout Health one of the largest allied health businesses in regional Australia. But we aren’t done here. Flexout Health is on a mission: to push private allied health services into a new direction. Our vision is one where strong partnerships and collaboration result in all people involved with our organisation living at their ‘healthy best’.
