Founded in 2006, FlexScripts is a “Pharmacy Benefit Administrator” that combines Pharmacy Consulting, Contracting, Auditing and PBM services to offer protection for Brokers & Employer Groups when working with Pharmacy Benefit Managers. We combine the best of both worlds into an independent and unbiased offering. FlexScripts is your client advocate and we protect those clients from the PBMs they choose. We make sure the discounts, rebates and contracts are all competitive and up to benchmarks in the industry. FlexScripts also acts as the PBM. We take over every service aspect that your PBM normally does. (Customer Service, Clinical oversight, Account Management, Implementation, Reporting, Formulary Management, etc.) In short, FlexScripts protects our broker partners and their clients by offering industry best pricing, top dollar rebates, plan design review, contract analysis and implementation services to assist with limiting disruption. FlexScripts pre-negotiates all of our contracts on an annual basis. We do this while holding our PBM partners accountable for their contract guarantees. We have been called “the PBM Police” by many of our broker partners. FlexScripts has a vested interest to assure that your clients make the right decision regarding their PBMs! We are headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and we work with Brokers, TPAs & Employer Groups throughout the United States.
