About Flight Ventures Aviation Academy
Flight Ventures Aviation Academy was founded on the belief that flight training should reflect real-world experience and not just what’s required legally to become a pilot. We have crafted a program that incorporates real-world conditions and experiences so our students leave us with the highest skill sets we can provide. Our campus and hangar is adjacent to the French Valley Airport in Murrieta CA, which means more time spent learning. We feature a 2-story campus, comprised of 4,500 square feet of classroom space and 12,000 square feet of hangar space. We offer a full set of FAR Part 61 pilot training courses and options for both Rotor and Fixed students, including private, commercial, instrument, CFI, CFII, ATP, add-ons, a helicopter flight simulator, and advanced flight training. Our fleet consists of new state-of-the-art aircraft with the latest avionics and glass panels from Garmin and Dynon, and includes Cruiser Aircraft Sport Cruisers, Diamond DA42 planes, Robinson R-44 Raven II Helicopters, Guimbal Cabri G2 Helicopters, Aerocopter Ak1-3 and the Cicare SVH4 Helicopter Flight Trainer. We are the only flight school in the USA that has the Cicare SVH-4 trainer helicopter and school authorized by the FAA to use the helicopter in flight training and log the time as actual flight time. Using the Cicare full motion Helicopter Flight Trainer allows our students to gain the fundamentals of helicopter operations in a safe, controlled environment. Students can use all flight controls including lift off to a normal hover of 3 AGL and hover taxing.
