As a proud partner of the TDSB and the DPCDSB, we at flightunit believe that we can change the lives of students, staff and the world through leadership. Our goal is to cultivate strong leaders locally to enable progressive change globally. Together, we can become one world and one community. In the current social climate, many of our young leaders require specific skills to cope with the world they will soon inherit. flightunit has created different workshop series that provide robust, dynamic leadership qualities for all participants. Our organization inspires equity through collaboration, addressing many crucial real-life issues like anti-black racism, environmental crises, and mental health. Our programming will stimulate personal growth and develop of our young leaders to be better versions of themselves while positively impacting the world around them. Thanks to years of teaching experience, flightunit recognizes that informal education is a necessary complement to formal education. Leadership is a vital factor to compel agents of change to be shining lights in times of darkness. That said the success of our society depends on our ability to foster better problem solvers and critical thinkers today for a better tomorrow.
