Floatel is Tim Wittenbecher, Marc Nagel and a team of lighthouse enthusiasts who have inspired 6 investors with their idea and have set themselves the goal of opening numerous fantastic hideaways throughout Europe over the next 10 years. With the Hamburg harbor crane "GREIF" the company goes one step further. The Mini Hotel, which opened in 2018, was not built directly on the water, but on the water. Faro Cumplida on the Canary Island of La Palma is the first Floatel Hideaway in Spain. More wonderful lighthouse Hideaways will follow. In the meantime, long-term concessions for lighthouses in Andalusia - Faro Trafalgar, Asturias - Faro Cudillero and 3 Italian lighthouses on Ischia - Faro Imperatore, in Puglia - Faro San Domino and as an absolute highlight - Faro Spignon in the lagoon of Venice have been acquired.
