We've created a portable gym that allows you to do hundreds of workouts from anywhere at anytime so you can achieve your goals and enjoy a healthy, fulfilling life. Our Corporate Wellness Program: Flobody provides on-site group and personal exercise classes to corporations, universities, and other institutions serving the greater Des Moines area. Our Flobody instructors will come armed with our patent-pending Flobody Gym to offer a variety of different fitness forms, tailored to your employees needs, including but not limited to weighted yoga, Pilates, HIIT, interval cardio conditioning, and more. No equipment necessary as the Flobody Gym is equipped with 5 fitness tools rolled into one and can be utilized anywhere a yoga mat can fit. How will you gauge ROI?
