About Floors With Flair
Floors with Flairs is an established flooring, tile, and countertop store operating out of Hillsboro for over 30 years. Chris Compton purchased the company in 2008, months before the recession hit. He managed to survive with a handful of loyal employees and local installers. This experience taught him a valuable lesson. Chris was determined to build back a smarter, stronger, and more resilient flooring store. How? Chris invested in technology, unifying the company by operating out of one business management system, RFMS, a program designed for the flooring industry, and RFMS Mobile for onsite measurements. Every employee is trained and the company operates in real-time, from purchasing and payables to job process and scheduling. It’s a powerful tool…a hub that keeps the Floors with Flair team connected. Chris also hired like-minded employees with a strong work ethic and love for what they do. Together they wrote their Core Values outlined below. We know that when our employees and installers are happy, our goal of providing a customer experience that keeps them coming back is easy. That’s why we are proud to be a local flooring store where friends send friends!
