Our work methodology begins with conducting a detailed study of the client’s needs and reflecting them in the project to optimize the outcome. It is what we call Lab Planning. In this initial phase, we do the following: Advice on materials and the most suitable technologies for each job. Combine the needs of the user with the architectural constraints of the project. Study and propose more appropriate workflows for each job. Conduct engineering studies, extractions, drives, systems and paths, refrigerators, lines and connections, etc… Build a waste treatment plan. We have the best specialists and the latest technologies in BIM and REVIT. We also have important collaborations with eminent researchers. Once we take care of the planning of the furnishing of the laboratory, we address the engineering requirements to perform the work most efficiently. This includes: Realization of plans of: Implementation of the equipment. Electrical installations. Extraction and delivery ducts. Plumbing and gas. Supervision/Control of facilities.
