Mathew Florian, developer and owner, has been actively involved with downtown Southington's renovations and renaissance since 1990. He has made a career preserving the old New England charm in the many buildings he's purchased and renovated. His commitment in helping tenants succeed has been his trademark. His properties are finished with unique features like antique flooring, old post and beam construction, brick walls, custom trim and cabinets, and even exotic fish tanks. Some of Florian Properties' tenants include doctors and dentists, hair salon owners, massage therapists, and even a yoga studio, to name just a few. We try to encourage networking among our tenants, especially those in similar industries. Southington's charming brick walls, decorative lighting and the town green are all beautiful sights to the eye.
