About Florida Asphalt & Concrete
Florida Asphalt & Concrete prides itself on strength, reliability and trust. These fundamentals are the leading values that are used as guidelines for each project that FAC takes on. Florida Asphalt & Concrete was founded in June of 2018 by Chris LaFace, President of FAC, and its sister company, RIPA & Associates. The start of FAC was inspired by the tremendously high demand for asphalt contracting in the Central Florida area. FAC has a leadership team with 65 years of paving experience collectively. John Bramonte was brought on as Vice President of FAC upon opening. John entered the asphalt industry in 1997 and has had hands on experience in all aspects of the business. FAC’s Quality Control Manager, David Barrie, inspects potential job sites to ensure that our projects hit the ground running with correct materials and measurements. Mike Kane, head of business development for FAC, is in the field ensuring that our customers are well taken care of and that their expectations are exceeded by our work. With FAC’s senior leadership structure, our paving crews are equipped to execute any project in a timely and professional manner.
