About Florida Coaches Coalition

The Florida Coaches Coalition was founded in January 2022 by Dr. Andrew Ramjit in an effort to help promote the coaching profession in Florida. The main goals of the FCC are to help promote awareness of coaching salaries across Florida, provide professional learning opportunities for coaches, provide coaches a platform to grow in the profession, and serve as the premier coaching organization in the state. For the past year, the FCC has asked... and most importantly, listened to the Coaches of Florida. The findings inspired a new and exciting initiative to support Florida coaches on a variety of platforms which include, professional development, brand recognition, compensation, mental health counseling, and networking. We are confident that providing such platforms of support will enhance the quality of coaches and their programs, on all levels, for all sports in Florida. At the FCC we are providing not only new platforms/resources for the development of coaches and their programs, but also providing new opportunities for Partners to expand their company/brand through this initiative. We want our Members to be invested in the Partners who are supporting the FCC... and we want our Partners to have access to those coaches, related entities, and resources. Given the FCC supports all coaches at all levels and all sports, we will capitalize on our relationships with school districts, private/specialized groups, and municipalities. We will also work with sport specific conventions/trade shows/events, sport governing entities, and related coaches' organizations throughout the US. The FCC Partnerships Program offers a variety of Sponsorship Levels which can be customized to meet the needs of your Marketing/Branding goals and desired footprint in the sports industry.
