Based in Palm Beach County, Florida Food & Farm has a staff dedicated to promoting Florida agriculture by fostering connections between farmers, ranchers, fisherman, beekeepers, and local food businesses and the consumers, chefs, retailers, and markets that are seeking locally grown food. Florida Food & Farm serves as a comprehensive resource guide to: • Florida farmers and ranchers growing and selling vegetables, fruits, eggs, honey, meats, fish, and dairy products • Chefs and restaurants sourcing from Florida growers and producers • Green markets and farmers markets serving their local communities • Grocers and merchants selling foods grown, raised, and produced in Florida • Florida wineries, breweries, and artisanal producers • U-pick farms and Florida agri-tourism • Community Supported Agriculture programs (CSAs) Florida Food & Farm will also include profiles of small farms, ranchers, and other local producers, as well as restaurants and chefs making locally grown a centerpiece of their cooking philosophy.
