Flourish at The Farm is proud to be an Alternative Education Provider that specialises in supporting need. We focus on those with special educational needs who find it difficult to thrive in a conventional classroom setting. Our mission is to inspire and support young people by delivering high quality, engaging and practical learning opportunities in a safe, supportive environment; helping them to develop the confidence, abilities, behaviours, and well-being that will enable them to cope better with life’s challenges and prepare them for the next stage in their educational journey. Flourish at The Farm provides Special Educational Need solutions for students, schools and educational organisations throughout the Midlands. Our bespoke curriculum and delivery methods actively utilise our unique outdoor education environment, based at The Farm Stratford upon Avon. Our 1:1 specialist staff support many students with a range of neurodiversity needs, who are trying to access more formal education, or transition from mainstream school into a specialist educational needs settings. We have worked with a vast array of schools, universities and educational organisations to provide wrap around support as a consultative partner. We help to provide practical, working solutions when dealing with the challenges of SEN education and environment. Part of what we can offer includes: • Staff development training with practical hands-on techniques to help work with and manage 1-2-1 and small groups of students with SEN • Communication with parents and key stakeholders to manage sensitive conversations at what can be challenging times. To result in positive and solution orientated outcomes. • Developing bespoke activities and programmes for a of children with special educational needs • Development of bespoke detailed transition packages and EHCP development targets
