Sharing emotional journeys with others have been at the forefront of connecting with people and I've always found myself making life seem a bit more clearer for some along the way. When I started coaching, my goal was to help those walk through what I had been through, but I discovered my clients needed so much more. Life happens to us on the inside, before it manifests on the outside. It was important for me to understand how and why the subconscious mind used thinking and behavioral patterns as a safety mechanism, and the effect it had on mental, spiritual and physical health...this was a game-changer for my clients. Flourish In Color's coaching transcends the typical motivational-goals-checklist-accountability methods that are common in a traditional life coaching sessions. Our approach to Life and Wellness Coaching takes into account the whole-person by focusing on and aligning the mind, body, and spirit using powerful, evidence-based coaching methods that are infused with practical psychology. Also, as a Master Life Coach in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, with a heart for philanthropic work and partnering with non-profit organizations, I aim to help be a change agent for marginalized communities and those in search of a trusted lifeline by providing life coaching and personal development services.
