About Flourish San Diego

We are a nonprofit focused on developing leadership for churches that will love San Diego to life. Through a proven "Framework to Flourish" we are helping individuals and churches re-think the Gospel, discipleship, calling/vocation, and mission in ways that will help the church more closely resemble Jesus in word and deed. We do this by teaching one on one, in small groups, and in learning communities. We host church-wide retreats as well as with smaller strategic planning groups. We prefer coaching relationships that allow deep understanding of the churches we come alongside because we are allergic to cookie-cutter solutions. Most importantly, we have developed competency in mobilizing people into seeking the common good of our city. We have years of experience in complementing traditional, institutional, and episodic outreach initiatives with sustainable and vastly more creative ideas that flow from the gifts, callings, and passions of "ordinary" people. We are experienced in forming an approach toward ministry that stewards a rich understanding of calling and vocation, which allows churches to recognize and leverage the vast vocational power in it's midst to help our city and it's people flourish.
