Flourishing Spark partners with organizations and individuals to shape systems and environments that support flourishing—particularly for those whose experiences are shaped by disability, aging, neurodivergence, financial instability, complex health conditions, trauma and toxic stress, or rural living. Services are grounded in human-centered, trauma-sensitive, and neurodiversity-inclusive principles: Human-Centered Strategy & Design – Co-creation and co-design of systems, services, and strategies in partnership with individuals and communities for sustainable impact; grounded in a human-centered approach to better understanding individual needs and experiences, creative ideation, and iterative solution design Facilitation – Preparation and facilitation of meetings, retreats, and courageous conversations built on intention; for moments of discovery, novel ideas, productive discomfort, building bridges, and aligning on vision and actions Research & Analysis – Focus groups, listening sessions, roundtables, interviews; environmental scans to surface promising practices and trends; system mapping tools; quantitative and qualitative data analysis Learning Support – Design and facilitation of learning communities, webinars/trainings, workshops, and coaching; creation of supporting materials such as organizational assessments, tip sheets, workbooks, and case studies
