About FlowReady

FlowReady is a nonprofit empowering young girls through menstrual education and access to sustainable period products. We focus on pre-bleeders—girls who haven’t yet had their first period—ensuring they are informed, prepared, and never caught off guard. By offering age-appropriate education and eco-friendly FlowReadyNow kits, we help reduce school dropouts, delay early marriage and pregnancy, and promote gender equality from the start. FlowReady also challenges harmful cultural norms that link menarche to readiness for marriage or childbearing, advocating instead for girls’ rights and continued education. Our work engages schools, parents, and community leaders to foster long-term change. Scalable, culturally sensitive, and sustainable, FlowReady invites partners to help shift the story of menstruation—one girl, one school, one community at a time. As the saying goes, one by one makes a bundle.
