About Flux Pharma Services

Flux has developed a training program specific to Australian compounding pharmacies, giving them the tools they need to implement the correct quality assurance & control procedures, staff training and resources into their compounding business. We use a variety of educational tools to drill down on monthly topics such as developing SOPs, managing risk assessment, personnel training and competency, analytical testing etc. Along with this, Flux Pharma acts as a member services group, with monthly education from non-pharmacist speakers on a range of clinical and business subjects, as well as working with suppliers from a number of industries in a collective fashion to secure deals for our members. Our aim is to show the market that there is a competitive advantage in quality. We do this by not only teaching pharmacists these QA modules, but by using our 20 years experience in marketing to doctors and patients to show them that Flux Pharma members can demonstrate these skills, therefore dispensing a quality product.
