About Fly Emotion
Fly Emotion is a private company established in 2011 when the two founders and managers have launched their first operation in Italy, near Lake Como and Milan. Covering fundraising to planning, project management and operations, they managed to launch the "Aerofune" in just 9 months with 2 flight lines, totalling 2.5km. Nowadays the business has attracted over 15,000 annual customers to a location without any previous tourist traffic. Aerofune is a special cable flight-simulator: gravity accelerates customers down a 1-2km run, delivering a very exciting, yet not adrenalinic and totally safe, flying experience. During flight, customers speed up to 120 km/hr, while feeling the air and enjoying the scenery. At the bottom station, a proprietary automatic, fails-safe brake slows them progressively down.
