About FlyFilms UK
Practicing with a wide range of equipment from analogue; silver nitrate photography, microscopic & macro video to digital; Cinema cameras, timelapse photography, visual projection, industry level software and drone piloting, I am highly adaptable to new equipment and new ways of working. I love working with people on projects that push my techniques and practice to a new level of expertise. My commissioned projects can range from (but not limited to) dance & theatre, environmental protection, and data collection to live event coverage, projection installations and music videos. I’m always up for new challenges and ways of working. I’m currently working with the Environment Agency, Groundwork NE & Cumbria, Equal Arts, Dance City, Tyne & Wear Citizens (Citizens UK) and Sage Gateshead to name a few. I’ve previously worked on projects with the BBC and ITV. Projects are seen all the way through, from initial ideas and concepts, to the budgeting phase, then capturing material and editing, to the final rendering and presentation of the finished piece. Working in this way achieves so much more than being just part of a project, the project becomes part of you.
