Flynn Craig + Grant Architects was originally established by Cedric Craig in 1984 as Craig & Wood Architects, and restructured in 1997 adding Teri Flynn and Galen Grant as partners. Prior to the new venture, each was in private architectural practice. Our partnership blends specific talents from each partner and key staff to create strength in all areas of project development. We take pride in our design and technical abilities. Several of our recent Oakland redevelopment projects have won design awards. We are experienced at obtaining project approvals, a direct result of quality design, graphics, presentation, and follow-through. Our philosophy is that the best architecture is a product of teamwork between our designers, our clients and our consultants … each sharing a common vision. The facilities we design reflect our belief that the built environment truly influences our daily life. We stay current in our profession by being students of the industry, active participants in continuing education, and by continually upgrading our equipment with the latest CAD technology. The partnership is enjoying substantial growth as a direct result of our responsive service. We are in the business of creating lasting relationships with our clients by paying attention to their unique needs.
