About Flywheel Search Group

Flywheel Search Group was founded in 2019 out of a desire to amplify impact in our society. Most of us would agree that our work, and all the implications it has on our lives, is important. Because of the amount of time we devote to work and the effect it has on our perceived self-worth, when employees and employers are properly aligned, all parties involved more easily go home to be better spouses, parents, & neighbors. When misalignment exists, the reverse also holds true. Flywheel Search Group's thesis is that when this employee-employer alignment is created within mission-driven companies residing in sectors that are being transformed, it acts a force-multiplier for good in our world. Stated another way, Flywheel serves organizations that are moving humanity forward by solving difficult problems by identifying, engaging, & developing talented people, who are driven by purpose. When organizations hire people that resonate with their purpose and mission (i.e. their "Why?"), outline clearly aligned rewards and incentives, encourage community and collaboration, and provide learning & development opportunities to aid in the career growth of their people, their employees become brand evangelists in the marketplace, resulting in talent knocking down their door to play a role in their mission. We call this compounding cycle "The Talent Flywheel." W-H-E-E-L serves as an acronym to capture the sectors in which our search efforts are focused: Wealth (think: Financial Services), Healthcare, Education, Enterprise, & Legal.
