FNS is a fast-growing holistic health company in the heart of Silicon Valley, helping people achieve their optimal health. We are building a community wellness team and look forward to positive, uplifting people who are choosing to live a healthy lifestyle to inquire. Through our LINK Method Program, we help coach working professionals find the missing link between meals, movement, and mindset. Our mission is to help people build healthier happier lives through our customized programs based on our LINKS method that holistically links Mindset, Meals, and Movements. Our vision is to help people positively transform their lives and create generational health for their family and friends. We specialize in helping busy working professionals lose 15-20lbs or 5% Body fat and keep it off without extreme diets or extreme workout plans. FNS means more than physical exercise; it is a lifestyle that encompasses all that we do. FNS is rest, recovery, sleep, mindset, nutrition, and of course, movement. FNS is focused on getting just 1% better each day and building long lasting sustainable results. Most importantly, FNS is about enjoying the journey and being fully present in all that we do.
