Founded in 1861, Foa & Son are international insurance brokers based in New York City. Foa & Son's Commercial Insurance Division, Private Insurance Advisory Service, Corporate Benefits Practice, Multinational Services Division, and Blue Water Hull Division, provide insurance solutions to some of the USA's, and the world's, most prestigious firms. Since 1861, five generations of Foas have led the firm to be responsive to the changing needs of our clients to assess exposures and manage risks. Every Practice at Foa & Son is headed by a Senior Account Executive with at least 25 years of insurance experience. Our local knowledge, national experience, and international capability continue the legacy of our founder, Fortunato Foa. Our expertise as an international broker began when Mario Foa moved the firm's insurance business from Genoa, Italy, via Switzerland, to New York in 1935. To this day, all of our US offices continue to work with insurance companies and intermediaries all over the world.
