Information is collated on Registered Providers such as Local Authorities, ALMOs and Housing Associations; also on Procurement Consortia, Contractors and the contracts that link them all. PREEMPT plays a pro-active role, driving comprehensive information, including Alerts and opportunities, directly to our clients. These clients include Product Manufacturers and Suppliers, Builders and Contractors, and other Specialist Companies and Consultancies. Therefore, the information that is produced, and the ways it can be used via the PREEMPT Portal, is not 'run of the mill', but genuinely offers something special!
