About Focal
Focal's business is to provide professional management services on construction programs and projects from conceptual design and planning through project close-out. We function as the project owner’s technical advisor and manage design consultants and construction contractors on our client’s behalf, without conflicts of interest. Our job is to bring projects to completion on time, within budget and to the specified quality, with attention to the prevention of claims. Our staff of construction professionals includes project, and construction managers, engineers, architects, schedulers, cost engineers, inspectors, sustainability specialists and permitting experts. Since our founding in 1999 we have provided project management services and cost consulting to major building projects in Greece and other South Eastern European locations often under critical time pressures involving complicated decision making.
