Founded in 1998 Focus Consulting maintains its Head Office in the Seaside City of Brighton & Hove with a strong client base in London and South East England and properties across the UK and France. As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors our surveyors have received the necessary training and meet the strictest professional standards. We act in many differing building project consultancy roles including Project Management, Contract Administrator, Principal Designer and Cost Consultants on contracts ranging in values from £100,000 - £10 million. Professional Surveying Services include undertaking Building Surveys, Schedules of Dilapidations, Party Wall Awards, Building Reinstatement Assessments, and a full range of other Professional work. Historically we have been extensively involved in Utilities and Infrastructure Projects including undertaking surveys of residential and commercial properties prior to commencement of major works.
