About Focus Rides
Focus Rides, a mountain biking & guiding company, was established within the Lincolnshire Wolds by Kevin Smith in 2017. Kevin began his coaching career whilst in the military, qualifying as an instructor back in 2011, in which he designed and led multiple coaching packages across the UK and Europe. Post military, Kevin founded Focus Rides with the objective to promote the benefits of Mountain Biking within the Lincolnshire area. Since its creation Focus Rides has provided taster, coaching and skills sessions for women and children at trail centers across the UK. This has allowed Kevin to promote the sport, whilst growing the Focus Rides brand. Focus Rides has now become a well-recognised name within the Lincolnshire Mountain Biking community, and as such, has been involved with the design and planning of routes for a Cycle England project within the area.
