Focused Feedback is an answer to one of the biggest questions in business: How do I make my customer's experience with our company exceed their expectation? We are a company founded on love. In every interaction our customers, employees and vendors should all experience our core values. We strive to embody three values, 1. to deepen our relational connections, 2. to actively care for those around us, and 3. to have fun. We passionately serve the small business community and provide a service that is typically only available to large companies. Joining the Focused Feedback family gives them immediate customer feedback with zero administrative burden. We also provide a seamless way to encourage customer reviews on any platform (i.e. Yelp, Google, etc.). We share our profits equally between shareholders, employees, and a charity of our employees' choosing. We believe in blessing the communities that we serve.
