Lyssete Follmer launched Follmer & Associates in 2014 as a specialty human resources firm to help organizations and every employee succeed at work. My passion is managing people, building and improving employee morale, workplace culture, and employee satisfaction during recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes by developing programs that focus on employee productivity, well-being, safety, and professional advancement. Follmer has 20 years of corporate experience in HR, specifically with manufacturing facilities in Mexico and the USA working with staff as large as 1,200 employees and working across borders and cultures. Past employers and clients include industries such as Automotive, Textile, Candy Products, Circuit Protection, Semi-Conductor, Suspended Access, and Safety Solutions. Follmer is a strong, experienced generalist and, of course, bi-lingual Spanish/English. Follmer's depth of experience includes standing up a new manufacturing facility in Mexico as the first employee hired; a quickly growing the staff to 1,200 employees. Follmer brings a multi-cultural HR background that translates to many settings.
