La Fondation des sports adaptés (FSA) a été créée en 1995, par monsieur Peter M. Treacy, un skieur unijambiste de Knowlton, au Québec. Amputé en raison d’un accident, monsieur Treacy avait comme rêve de démarrer une école de ski pour enfants et adultes vivant avec un handicap physique.
