An independently owned mobile phone retail chain selling both new & used mobile phones, tablets, macbooks, accessories and an express phone repair service. Originally opened in September 2009 as an online store to break into the emerging smartphone market. We believed we were different offering more to the customer as we sold sim free/unlocked phones which gave the customer more freedom when buying their device. With the huge success on the opening year, we knew that this business model had a niche in the market. 2010 With research and resources behind the small company the first store opened in September in Galway which was the top rated location for retail in Ireland at that time. It opened with 2 full time staff, the 2 owners. 2011-2015 This time was used to allow the business to gain momentum and mature into a sustainable business model. This valued time allowed us to learn from our mistakes, how to improve in certain areas as well as learn things we had not acquired in retail before. 2015 The second location was opened in July in Burnfoot Donegal. 2016. The third location was September in Patricks St Cork City. We have currently 30+ employees which include 3 managers, inventory team, 7 technicians and a large sales team. We believe our business was built on quality customer service as well as a loyal customer base. We intend to increase business year on year and supply the market with quality new and used phones and outstanding customer service.
