An ISO17025 accredited testing laboratory offering origin and production system validation and honey adulteration detection of foods, food products, beverages and feedstuffs using stable isotope ratio analysis (SIRA) ,RT-PCR for species detection as well as accredited Next Generation Sequencing for animal, plant, fungi and bacteria. We also offer bespoke variety testing for tomatoes, apples, strawberries and peppers. Uniquely, we are ACCREDITED FOR INTERPRETATION for consistency with declared or claimed origin and/or production system. Food Forensics has a broad knowledge base covering agriculture, horticulture, animal nutrition, production, processing and retail as well as analytical chemistry, biochemistry and microbiology. This enables us to help TARGET TESTING to the most appropriate place in your supply chain and provide SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIFIC interpretation and guidance.
