About Food Solutions 4U

Food Solutions 4U is an independent consultancy for the Food Industry. My passion is to make valuable contributions to the growth of our customers, and to help them realize their full potential. I am an experienced Food Technologist and Sales Manager with a MSc degree in Food Technology from Wageningen University in The Netherlands, graduated with distinction. I have 12 years of international working experience in R&D and Sales. I am specialized in the development and the sales of specialty ingredients for the food industry. My way of working is to listen to my customers in order to detect their needs. I translate these needs into practical solutions that generate value for them. I combine my expertise as a food technologist with market knowledge and sales skills. Technology-wise, I am specialized in powder products, especially spray dried emulsions such as instant whipping agents, batter stabilizers, coffee creamers, cappuccino foamers, savory creamers, fat powders and encapsulated nutritional oils. I am experienced in both the development of these products, and their applications. Sales-wise, I am specialized in the business-to-business food markets of Central- and Latin America, as well as Spain and Portugal. I am fluent in Spanish and have a decent level of Portuguese. I have a huge network in these markets, because I have lived and worked for almost 5 years in Argentina and I have travelled frequently through Latin America since 2006. I currently live in Spain.
