Foodies in the kitchen is a community of like-minded foodies who not only love eating but who want to learn more about healthy cooking habits and tips on how to better meal prep at home. It was born from my love of food, efficiency and weaving science into everything I do. It's a labor of love and allows me to share all my food-related joys with you! I offer customized approaches to helping you improve your kitchen skills no matter where your skill level is at. Various learning styles exist to suit you best.
