Our holistic approach aims to achieve and maintain a high level of health for each individual, guided by expert kinesiologists. Founded by two kinesiologists who are also a married couple, Forca was born out of their desire to bring their vision of physical activity and healthy living to their community, which lacked a wide range of activities for children and adults. What Forca Sports Recreation Program Offers: Children’s Sports Programs: Kinezio Babies (1-2 years) Toddlers (3-4 years) Active Kids (5-6 years) Sporty Kids (7-8 years) Individual Training: Soccer Training for Children and Adults: Customized training plans, player ability testing, and conditioning training. Tennis Training for Children and Adults: Personalized training programs, player ability assessments, and fitness training. Squash Training for Children and Adults: Tailored training plans, player evaluations, and conditioning sessions. Body Fat Reduction Program: Designed for children, teenagers, and adults, this program includes initial diagnostics, personalized training plans, daily schedules, nutritional advice, and ongoing support throughout the process. Corrective Exercise Program: Focused on diagnosing and correcting poor posture (scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis), with personalized plans and continuous support. Group and Individual Training: Tennis, swimming, soccer, and squash training for five-star hotels, available for both children and adults. Swimming Lessons for Non-Swimmers: Available for children and adults.
