About Force Barbell Sports Performance and Fitness
Force Barbell is a training facility unlike any other. Our facility design is very open. We don’t have banks of cardio machines clogging up our space, limiting the way you move. We have many varieties of weight to lift – kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, metal plates, sleds, dumbbells, atlas stones, yokes, farmer’s handles, sandbags, kegs, and much more. But the most important piece of equipment that we use is not really a piece of equipment at all. It is your body! It is our goal to optimize the way you move your body, to remove restrictions and limitations. We believe that when your body moves freely, you will move more, improve performance, and gain physical, emotional, and spiritual health. WHO WE ARE We are highly educated, highly knowledgeable coaches with an uncommon range of fitness experience. We are passionate about helping others and changing lives through movement. We are more than just a group of individual coaches sharing space; we are a team, a FAMILY! WHAT WE DO We serve as the personal advisors and coaches to fitness and performance clients of all walks of life: stay-at-home moms, teachers, nurses, service men and women, students, fitness enthusiasts, and elite athletes. We provide a supportive and professional atmosphere where you can become the person you envision yourself to be. Why should you train at Force Barbell? -You want results and are willing to work for them -You don’t know how to create, organize, or implement training programs -You have tried and failed, and tried again -You have worked with other “experts” but you just didn’t get anywhere -You have seen progress, but it has stalled and you are losing ground -You have lost interest in training -You don’t have time or energy to train Try a free session. We are confident that we can help you get the results you desire, but we want to make sure that you are comfortable with us and that we are the right fit for you.
