About FORCE Magazine

FORCE is a print magazine on national security with focus on areas: the defence forces, their professional, operational and personnel needs; procurements by imports and indigenisation; nuclear weapons, delivery systems and nonproliferation regimes; revolution in military affairs; terrorism and counter-terrorism; intelligence; paramilitary forces; strategic and geopolitical issues in South Asian region; and the impact of outside powers on the region. However, of these nine areas, the focus of FORCE remains the defence services and their requirements. For this reason, in every issue FORCE pays attention to procurements by the armed forces in the light of the new procurement policy of the government of India. FORCE is not a mere collection of opinionated articles, it is lively and reader-friendly with human interest stories pertaining to the defence forces. Our endeavour has been to reach out to as large a readership in the niche segment as possible, both in India and abroad, apart from generating interest about national security issues amongst general readers.
