About Forest and Indian Acres Camps
Forest and Indian Acres Camps are unique Brother/Sister camps where girls and boys spend their summer days in an encouraging environment of play, learning, friendship, and fresh air. Our model of 2 separate camps located in close proximity brings us the best model of child development for our campers. We are not a single sexed camp and not a coed camp. We are a hybrid bringing the optimal experience to all our campers 30 days or seven weeks away from home are a most important time for a young girls and boys and that the lessons of the camp experience are learned for life. Forest and Indian Acres is smaller than many other camps. This is a camp where every camper knows every other camper and counselor. We are a summer family. So our motto "04037, some see numbers, we see home." Committed to child development, our values are modeled, and learned, in a totally "child-centric" environment. Enthusiastic, skilled and caring staff members facilitate the development of relationships, enhancing a positive self-image. You name the activity, we have it! Baseball, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Hockey, Golf, Tennis, Gymnastics, Dance, Theatre, Music, photography, Art, Ceramics and more including a world renowned horseback riding program.
