I coach White women, queers, and LGBTIA+ folx waking up to internalized White supremacy, misogyny, homophobia. I help clients liberate themselves from being stuck, especially those stuck in people pleasing patterns. FTCFC's work is how I live my purpose: to shine light on the truths we are ashamed and fearful, to fiercely love ourselves into honest transparency, and to hold space for the vulnerability required to transform individuals, groups, orgs, and even whole societies, from shame and fear to honesty and transparency. It ain't easy; it's necessary. FTCFC provides transformational coaching and coach-approach consulting and facilitation services for individuals, groups, teams and organizations. We specialize in intercultural competence, mindbodyspirit alignment, living a life of purpose, and self-actualization for womxn/wimin/women, queers, LGBTIA+ and ADEIAJ (antiracism, diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, justice) practitioners, particularly those working internationally and/or cross-culturally. Because we are a one-White-bodied-person shop, our individual and small group offerings are crafted so that White folx examine White supremacy, misogyny, homophobia, ableism and the impacts of all these attempts to control us on our lives and how we have lived it so far, as part and parcel of the transformational coaching arc. We work towards the vision of all segments of society collaborating to co-create this beautiful future where we can all be free from either/or thinking, profits-over-people-and-planet, and the belief that any individual or group of people is superior to another is considered a severe mental illness that requires intensive, fiercely compassionate treatment for as long as it takes to remember: I am a simple human being, of equal value to every other being, no more, no less. And we all get to be more human, more often.
